“Following the recommendation of a friend, I came to see Nick about ankle and glute injuries that had been preventing me from running for several months. I had previously seen another physio who had given me several exercises but who hadn’t identified the cause of my problem.
Nick filmed me on the treadmill and straight away identified the fault in my running style that was causing my injuries. He gave me a few simple exercises that helped me to reprogram how I ran. Within two weeks I was back running, and after a month I felt not just as good as new, but better than new in that my running style had been improved. The gratitude I feel is immense – for a while there I thought I would have to give up running altogether.
